Nonrefundable entry fee is $100. Make checks payable to Dixon Chamber of Commerce & Main Street (DCCMS)
Cook(s) may setup at 10:00 am. St. Louis style ribs will be provided and distributed at 10:45 am
Cook(s) must bring own tent, tables, chairs, cooking supplies, ingredients, utensils, and cooking devices. DCCMS does not supply any equipment.
Do not store food, ice or paper products on ground
Cook(s) must turn in 6-8 bone in pork ribs. Turn in time is 4:30 pm.
Hot food shall be maintained at 140 degrees Fahrenheit or above.
Hand washing stations will be provided
No outside alcohol is allowed on site and will be enforced.
